IZArc - If you are downloading DEMs you will need a program to
decompress the files. This is my current favorite. It is free and
works very well.

SDTS Converter. Convert SDTS Style DEM Files to the
Original DEM format. This is necessary if you before Estierra
can read them.

GTF Viewer. Allows you to view Geo Tff files. Geo Tiff
files are image files of maps and aerial photographs. The also
contain geographic information about the location and scale of
the map or aerial photo.
