Important Note: Every month I receive at least a couple
messages that I cannot reply to because the email bounces. Usually the email
server blocks the email because it thinks it is SPAM. When this happens, there
is no way I can reply and I can't even let you know what has happened.
If you don't receive a reply to your questions, my response has
probably bounced and I'm not able to contact you. If there is a way you can
unblock emails from fountainware, you can retransmit your question and I can try
again. Another option is to signup for the
Compass Users Group and repost your
question there. Even if the emails from the group are blocked, the answer will
still appear online.
