PPRC

Platt Park Residents' Coalition

Mission/Purpose of Platt Park Residents’ Coalition:
The goal is to preserve and enhance the low-density character of our Neighborhood for the purpose of preventing the development of high rise, high density dwellings that increase traffic congestion, noise and air pollution in our neighborhood and throughout the surrounding areas. PPRC was formed in January 2004 to be involved in and monitor the Gates-Cherokee redevelopment and its impact on Platt Park.
As a Registered Neighborhood Organization, we receive announcements from the City about all matters effecting our neighborhood. We communicate this information with members by email, our website and an occasional flyers. Membership is free.  Join the PPRC.  Membership Form

The new zoning code is coming soon!
What does it mean for you, your neighbors, and other property owners in your neighborhood?

Community Planning and Development (CPD) is hosting a series of city-wide public meetings in May and Council District specific meetings in June.
